This is a placeholder terms-of-service document for the Ledgerly prototype. Before launching to real customers, we'll replace this with full terms reviewed by counsel.
Ledgerly provides accounting software for B2B SaaS companies and the firms that serve them. The service is provided "as-is" during the prototype period.
Don't use the service to commit fraud, store illegal content, or attempt to compromise the security of the platform or other customers' data.
Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. We'll provide 60 days of read-only access for data export.
